So sorry to hear that The thieve (s) can't be that smart. They take a car that can be easily spotted and identified. It's not like a Maverick has any black market value either - not like a Porsche or Beamer You might want to put an ad in the paper with a photo so it gets a lot of people involved in watching out for your car. I hope it doesn't take long for it to be spotted
Do you have a couple of photos you can post on here? Good description but photos would help. I wish you luck on getting her back.
Are you near a port town? I know a lot of older cars here go to Haiti and some of the other island nations. The junkyard next to us has sold a lot of older vehicles to island nations. They don't seem worried about titles or tags, either. If you do have ports near you, I'd contact their Police Depts also! I hope you get your car back just as it was!
Have any shady characters taken an interest in your car lately? Any teenagers you know that might take it for a joy ride? I'm guessing either someone wanted some parts off it or some kids knew it was an easy car to steal.
where it was parked they had to know how to drive to get it out only had a foot on each side of the car and they didnt hit any of the trees(live in the country) here is a photo of the car
Hope you get your car back. When mine was stolen I put it on Craigslist several different ways to get the word out along with fliers, several web forums, Hemmings Magizine and a lot of leg work. Keep the pressure on the individual(s) and with some luck you will get it back.
