I have been having numerous discussions with him as well. Neat stuff.

Is that a 5 L badge on the grill? I like the hood. I was going to throw up a bid until I saw the starting bid.

Couple too many zeroes for me. Can buy a pretty decent driving car for 4K!!

Price may seem steep, but it is legitimate Ford "Art" history. Imagine if it was a Shelby or a Boss rendering...an actual Ford rendering.

The market will decide what it is worth.

It would look pretty neat in my Maverick room with everything else I`ve collected over the yrs. But I cant even see spending that. Just my opinion. BUT IT IS VERY COOL

Its definitely interesting that the drawing has the Driving lamps in the grill just like the early grabbers/LDO's.

If I had the spare cash I would pay up to $6000 for it. But I don't right now. Mavericks are becoming more popular. Buy it for $4k and I easily see it being worth 10x that in 10 years.

$40k... Never see that happening as much as I love the drawing and mavericks.
Maybe the first car off the line signed and document would go for $40k.
That being said, if I had big money I would buy it just to have it, I love the history and rendering!
Maybe somebody will be awesome and buy it and make prints off it?
Would be a way to recoup some of the 4k spent on it :yahoo:

I don't agree at all. Commissioned concept art especially if it doesn't match the production vehicle can become quite valued. You get that piece of art and a maverick, customize the maverick to match it, and you have effectively increased the value of both by quite a bit.
