1970 Simple Machine Maverick Ad

    (2) 1972 2 dr. 302 v8 Comets; 1 is everyday driver, the other is a hot rod project car(on hold), 1987 Mustang Convertible 351W Powered, and now my newest addition a 1975 Pinto
    I purchased an antique piece of furniture to restore and went to open the drawer to get ready to strip it down and found this newspaper with the following ad. The paper is dated November 4, 1969. I just wanted to share it with you all, Happy reading!

    You can usually find ads like that on Ebay. They're neat to frame and hang on the wall. I have one of those Sprint ads framed and one from 1957 advertising a 57 Ranchero to go with my other project.

    Guys someone has a color ad red back ground, with a red 71 mav on it, " The answer to low cost transportation is simplicity itself". it is about 12" by 10" I would say He was asking $9.95, I got one in excellent condition for $3.95 3 weeks ago at a local antique mall. beware don't over pay!!

    .....and the rest of the new 1970 Models came out in September.

    the ad lies. when you have/had one like mine its not less expensive to maintain. cost me time and money trying to find parts these days
