Hi everyone, I recently put on a Spectre chrome valve cover on my 250 inline six. I had one heck of a time getting it on. The main problem was it seemed to be bent or something. I had to push in on one side and pull etc just too get the bolts start in the holes. I expected just to drop it down on the motor and start my bolts no problem. I DO NOT recommend this product! Has anyone else had this issue or is mine just crap? Since I always use permatex to hold my gasket in place I stayed persistent and got it on. If I had another gasket I would of returned it immediately. Thanks everybody.

Thanks. We'll see I guess. Money down the drain.
