We're trying to put a 302 into this 72 maverick...theoretically the motor mounts are the correct ones...everything bolts up fine but the engine is a little crooked...the transmission is about 1 and 1/2 inches off center towards the passenger side..if anyone has any suggestions that would be helpful..i'd appreciate it. thanks a lot

    hi :Welcome: :Handshake
the ...motor stands...will bolt on the frame snout two ways, make sure you have them facing the correct way. even at that i don't think that would put it to one side...

wonder if this is a case of saggy shock towers?

car ever been in an accident or anything and have you kept the shock tower braces in place?
