There is a company that makes adapters to fit a 302 intake to a 351c engine. That said, it probably isn't the cleanest install considering how different the 2 top ends are. Pretty sure it is only for a 2v head Cleveland also. If you want EFI Cleveland on the easy, this is probably the way to do it. I saw a 351c in a Pantera once that had been fitted with a highly modified 5.8 EFI system. The ports were ground into 2v head port shape, and some of the bolt hole bosses were cut out and put back at an angle to match the angle of some of the 351c intake bolts. The flanges were milled a great deal too, to match the lower deck height. Then the water manifold was cut off the front of the intake to make way for the Cleveland thermostat housing. Probably have to do that with a 302 intake adapted on too. Good luck
