    I am putting a 351 W In my 1976 Mercury comet and would like to know If I am going to have a lot of problems, Thanks

    not unless you ever plan on changing the plugs. i had a 351w in mine before. it fits fine. may have to find a set of headers. 302 ones won't fit. you might want to shave the shock towers. these will give you some more room to work on the plugs. other than that it all fits, same as a 302.:) welcome to the board.
