When I look through the pictures of Comets I look for 4 doors, because I own one myself. But I never really find any, on any website I look at. I asked my friend blueoval428cj if they were going extinct and he said no just many of them met the crusher!!

This seems true because there was 31,080 4 door Comets made in 1975 and 22,768 2 doors made. 2 doors are more sporty, thus more incentive to keep running or restore. So did most of the 4 doors disappear? Could 4 doors be more valuable than 2 doors someday?

Or another reason is a lot of original un-modded 4 doors are still out there hidden (Like mine was) by daily drivers or even old collectors that do not waste their time on the internet.

The second reason seems more possible

The mav is gone but i'm still here!

    Not in a million years

It's hard to find original cars, since so many have had owner that have no clue what they're doing. Or they failed at hot rodding them.

Most collector's are online now though, they have their own websites and stuff. Even my grandpa at 72 years of age is using a computer.
