    Thanks. I will check it out. Is all of this really worth it to have a 4spd? I have wanted one for a long time but now I dont know.....I should take a poll!!

    Banging gears is the only way to fly. I find automatics boring. I'm sure I'll get ripped on that one, but, hey, Its my opinion.

    4 speed sucks as a daily driver if you have a day job. (rush hour traffic) my mavs are auto, my truck is an auto but my new karmann ghia is a 4 speed. driving home on the "garden state parkway" absolutely sucks with a 4 speed. start. move 5 feet. stop. repeat a million times to get home. if it is gonna be your FUN car, i say 4 speed.

    When I was a teen, (about the time the Mustangs and Camaros started coming out) a car wasn't a muscle car if you didn't shift it. I know that automatics have gotten so much better that all that has changed, but I can't seem to get over the idea that with an automatic, you're just steering, but with a standard, you're really doin' the driving! Make mine a stick shift. John B.

    Ok, ok....I will go with the 4spd!! :) Thanks for all the input. Yes, I will post a picture of the Eliminator and the Mav. Uh...where do I post it? Just in the message section. I cant post a Cougar to the reader rides section...its just not right!!
