    4Spd Swap

Ok...here goes again. I am putting my toploader in the Mav. It is a 77 302 power disc brake car with a c4. I have a parts car that is a 200 I6 with a 3 spd manual on the floor. I want to take the manual disc brakes and clutch linkage from the 200 I6 car and make them work on the 77 car with the top loader. Top loader is out of a 351w 69 Mach I. I also have the mustang z-bar. What other parts am I going to need to do this? Will the modified mustang z bar work with all the other linkage from the I6 or will I have to buy/find anything else to make it work? I have checked out this site but I am not sure it answers this question.

Does it mean that the modifications to the z-bar will make it work with all the I6 3spd parts? Or does it mean that I will have to get all the other v8 parts to make it work with the modified z-bar? So in other words, are the clutch pedal and rod (along with brake pedal) all that is useable off the I6 3spd...

The more I look at this the more confused I get...

Which bell housing do I use. I assume the I6 housing will not work with the 351w (69) flywheel. I have both.

    Thanks.

Keep the Mav pedal setup and rod that goes through the firewall. Use the Mustang z bar, block and frame pivots, and release fork push rod. You'll need to get a V8 bell housing and release fork.

Great! So basically everything after the pedal rod will have to be from a mustang. Thank you very much.
