'60s mustang style buckets

    so that cougar im stripping has those short back bucket seats mustangs of the era had. the ones that come just about up to your sholder and offer no head support [​IMG] i think there called "pony style seats"??

    anyway the floor studs on the drivers side one were so rusty that when i went to take the nuts off the studs just broke. passengerside came out no problem tho.

    has anyone ever seen replacments for sale? . one survived, the other 3 broke right of with little effort. there probably isnt even enoug stud left to get a nut on

    can you grind the rest off and reweld another stud to it?

    i dont weld tho lol

    tomorrow ill have to see if i can just knock the old ones out and put new bolts in
