Hey Guys I have a chance to pick up an A/C box for the Mav. I have a few questions before I start to see if I'm in over my head! I have a 76 Mav with a 5.0L from an 89 Mustang and the A/C is in a 77 Mav. 1. I know its been done but what's involved in changing the heater box for the one with A/C? I know I have to drill new holes and weld the old ones, change the heater controls, cut the hole for the vent, but what else? I know it can't be that easy. 2. What do I do under the hood? I want to use the Mustang compressor so do I use the Mustang consensor and all the lines under the hood and connect them to the Maverick evaporator? Any other tips? Thanks alot for the help.
