Once again a Frua is blessed with the name of "Cobra" when it has nothing to do with a Cobra and/or Shelby having anything to do with it. AC built rolling chassis and bodies for Shelby as most people know which was heavily influenced by Shelby designs. AC built this critter using the Cobra chassis and stetching it another 6 inchs then they sent that off to Italy to have an Italian body fitted to it after which it was sent back to AC where they installed the Ford 428 and trim. It was way overpriced and was never completely perfected. So there is NO Cobra there just AC 428 Frua. They are very rare though.
