    what can you all tell me about this? it looks pretty clean and the battery box looks to be in good shape, i was going to try some batterys, but im not sure what size..

    It's a "TAIYO" (not a Bandai) Very cool "bump and go" car,made in 1972 in Japan (should have amber,red and green lights in the rear deck) Takes two "D" size batteries,

    thanks for the info! yes it has the tights on the rear deck, theres no major chips in the paint, the crome is in very nice shape.. the guy didn't have a box though, but i still couldn't pass it up..

    the guy had $75 on it, but i got it for $50. think i did ok?

    Hey Tom, if your in the market for toys, I have one of those remote Mavericks I'd part with. The kind that has the wired remote. It steers and goes fowards and backwards.
