i bought a set of torque thrust style wheels the order day but they have some odd measurements and was wondering if anyone was running something simular on their car. they're 17x8.5" with a 4.75" backspacing. the tires on them are too big for me to try fitment so i was just curious before i had the tires broken off of the rims. :)

    Sorry guy,
The biggest rim I have personally owned was the stock 16s on a 1996 Cadillac Deville Concourse so I can't help with this one. Hopefully someone else will chime in with the information you are looking for.

You will be pushing the limits thats for sure, the wheels I run are 15x8 inch with a 4 1/2 backspace and are really close, the backspace on those will put you very close to the leafs and right on the fenderwell

Thats tight... and I think you will run into more problems on the front than the back. A 1/4" spacer might work for the back...

I know that grabbergt is running 17x9.5 with 4.25"BS on the rear (with some lip rolling). But his fronts are only 17x8 with 4"BS.
