Had my 302 rebuilt and balanced 3,000 miles ago. Now I need to replace the harmonic balancer (old rubber cracked) Do I need to have the assembly balanced again??? Need some help here as I REALLY do not want to pull the thing apart...

No, you should not have to pull the engine apart. Nor should you really have any problem.

Nope , 302's are externally balanced so all balancers are supposed to be the same .
