Does anyone know how to contact the owner of the "batmobile maverick"? I would like to know some info about it, such as what kind of front end it is, and howd they do it. And what kinda spoiler they used. If anyone has any idea, let me know. Thanks
Batmobile Well, the most I can make out is that it's a 74 Maverick. If anyone can read Brazilian you might be able to figure out a few more things. Give it a shot. Check out this website: http://www.primeiramao.com.br/superauto/editorial/editorial_classicos21.asp Looks like they have some pretty nice Mavericks there...a Brazilian Club even. Let us know if anyone figures out anything else. Ray
here is the translation : Passion has limits? Ask the answer for. Batfã to do nobody put on defect, Eduardo transformed its one Maverick 74 in a Batmobile, with right to the symbol of the most most famous bat of the world stamped to even under the hood. "I bought the Maverick in 1992 and I am fan of the Batman since small. As I found that the car was similar to the Batmóvel begin to transform read, not alone esteticamente but also I stirred in the motor, I increased the power and today he is with 220 cv", he count Eduardo that he estimates already I to have spent around R$ 30 thousand with the transformation of the car. "Still did not I finish stirring in him. Alone I is needing to ideas. Who quiser change information about the car or about the Batman can send an and mail for me: batmanbeyound@bol.com.br", invites. If some another fan ardoroso was interested for the car, Eduardo send a message: "seeing this by OR$ 50 thousand". Vacation in the outside, motionless, car of luxury? Not, he is not going to spend the money with nothing of that. "With OR$ 50 thousand I mount another Batmobile even most better", about fan in love.
more confused O.k......i'm just a wee bit confused. My head & eyes hurt from reading that twice, trying to make sense of it. $50k must be Brazilian dollars. Oh well, looks way sweet!
I got this picture from the photo gallery on this site. The only info that it gave was the owner's name which is: Diego Anjos, and that it was a 70 maverick. I was mostly interested in the spoiler. the side scoop (if there is one, im not sure) and the front bumper and moldings. Couldn't find any better pictures of it.
his email is on there....so email him and ask. I went to the brazilian web page and found some pics of a meet that they had, boy I sure would like to go to one of theirs. here is another pic of it
