    on my newly bought comet there are some wheels i cannot id.
    maybe someone of you has seen them before?

    those are hurricane wheels, aka turbine rims. i just put a set on my mav about a month ago. & iirc they are western wheel co.

    Look like ET's. Is there an "E" and a "T" on the center cap?

    the hurricane design is close.
    there is an ET on the center cap, but there were cragar caps in the trunk as well.

    if the are ET's - which model and where can i find the manufacturer? team3wheels.com just doesn't show them and i can't google them... are they too old to appear on the web or am i too dumb? :hmmm:

    As far as I know , no one is currently reproducing the turbine wheels as of yet. Swap meets or ebay it is....
