Hey everyone. so there's a slight drivability issue with my 74 250i6 Maverick that I want to get sorted out ASAP so I can drive the car more often. It's not a huge issue, but it's one that I want to fix.

The car fires up and runs really great, no issues until it gets warmed up and i take a turn. when the car isn't up to op. temp this issue doesn't exist. It only happens on moderately tight corners and when I get on the gas mid turn, the car sputters and wants to stall out. If i dont feather the throttle the right way it actually will stall out.

I have limited knowledge about carbs, but from my basic understanding of them, this sounds like it could potentially be a float level issue? however only doing it when warm kind of throws me off.

    Any help?

Float level would be my guess. Fuel expands some when it gets hot. Also readjust the idle mixture when the engine is warmed up.

Sounds good. Will check into the float level and idle mix this weekend. Thanks!
