    Lookin good

Looks good Rudy. Any problems seeing out the back window? Not much can be seen out a Maverick rear window anyhow, but how much does the lovers cut down on sight. Just curious. Russ

I really like that spoiler. I think it loks better than a grabber spoiler. If i would have seen that before putting my grabber one on I probably would have got it instead.
Your car looks good but can you please get some different wheels. Those just don't do your car justice.

The rims do look kinda weird in the pic, but they look really good in real life.

    oh yea,

Also the rear louvers don't get in the way at all, it kinda looks like rear window defrosters in the rear view mirror. Depends on the angle that you look at the mirror. I'm 6'1 with no probs.

Your car looks really good! You got it set up pretty cool. I want a spoiler like that...do you know how I can find one?

    Spoiler

They are $100 in JC Whitney. The angle is ajustable so you can get as much or as little downforce as you want. I really like how it changed the feel of the ride.

Hey Rudy, just reminding you about those dimensions when you get a chance. They look really good on your car! Can you get some close up shots also?

    Version 4.0

Sorry I'm taking so long getting those dimensions to you, All of my previous blueprints sucked pretty bad, I always missed something. I'm currently on version 4.0 They are starting to look decent. I am making the plans to scale so I will have to snail mail them to you. Send your addy to Tre_Reese@yahoo.com and I will send them out when I can.

I think those wheels look neat. If you ever convert to 5 lug, let me know, I'll buy them. I have a 71 which will remaine stock for many years to come. I wanted to put those late model "10 hole" Mustang wheels on mine but when I measured them they had 5" of backspacing. I have a friend who was going to machine them out to a 4 1/2" pattern. So I'm still looking for something different.

    Wheels

The wheels are off of a older Toyota Supra, some of the Nissan Z cars have similar rims with the same spacing, you can get them in any junkyard. I am considering going to five lug so I can change the gearing. (never seen a 4 lug 8in rear) I bought mine from a friend that was desperate for cash, so mine aren't in the best shape (you gotta feel for a 19 year old that just had a kid. He was and still is scared shitless, I had to buy em from him.) You can get better for cheaper (shipping would suck) in a yard. A yard will charge you $25 per rim X4, taking out the center hole a little will be $20 per rim X4, and demount/mount + balance in any tire shop will cost $8.50 per tire X4. Final cost, $214 and one day of running from here to there. VERY IMPORTANT, if you choose to do this you will need to get different lug nuts, the ones on your mav do not have the same contact patch and will come loose! I almost found out the hard way, nothing quite like hearing a thump noise coming from the wheel well and when you check you have 3 lug nuts that are less than finger tight! Nearly fainted in the highway. The plastic center caps have an indent that says Toyota, I plan to fill them with bondo and paint them. I catch a lot of shit for having a Toyota Maverick. I swear people see the word Toyota before they see the big dent in the door.
