    How Kool would it be for a maverick to race in this

    I think you would have to do a lot of mods to get a Maverick or Comet to even be able to complete the race, much less be competetive. Not something I would do.
    I like the classic road rallies where speed limits are never exceeded and the car that crosses the finish line closest to the "best" possible time without going under it wins. I have competed in a few of these over the years but I haven't seen one in a while. Maybe we ought to put one on in the future?

    i saw one of those road rallys on tv once, it looked like fun. they had cars from the 30's to mid 70's competeing.

    The road rallys are a lot of fun and are a lot more family centered than professional racing rallys.
