Does anyone know if the Bracket and Pedal Assembly from an early mustang (65-70) will bolt in to work in a Maverick. Have not found any Clutch pedal assemblies for Mavs, but have found numerous Assemblies for Mustangs. I know this should go in the Swap section, but thought I'd get more viewers here.

    Thanks for the Help

The bracket will NOT interchange from Mustangs to Mavs/Comets. I had mine stolen from my car and just found one in a junk yard. Standard and auto brackets are the same, you just need the pedals to put in them. I have had to use AT brackets for Mustangs, as the clutch pedal slowly saws into the bracket and wears it out. I just hit 2 junk yards that had numerous Mavs/comets that you can call. I paid $40 for one with both pedals intact. Byrd's in Staunton, Va- 540-885-1445 or Crane Auto Parts outside of Atlanta 770-922-3751.
