I have a couple of sets of 1970 351W heads casting # DOOE and was wondering if anyone knows what the combustion chambers CC at stock? I am going to put one set on a '69 302 but don't want to lose too much compression ratio if I can avoid it. I can do the math but don't have a way to CC them myself.

ya but in 77 they went up 69cc grrr. Also by lowering the combustion chamber volumn by 5.5cc, your compression ratio is raised by 1 full point. Hey CACollo your in Albuquerque. Awesome so am I.

    Try these

To heck with 351 heads, try these...

I'm kidding, I never knew that these existed.

Mine were supposedly 60.4 cc's and they are
    '69 351W heads (C9).
My machinist cut the bowls, added 1.94,1.60 valves, screw-ins, guideplates, etc.
and milled them down to 54cc's. He says he cc'd them before he started, but they could have been worked on before?

With my JE hypereutectic flat tops they yield a calculated CR of 10.6:1

Runs fine on high test pump gas with .470/.474 lift cam
