Does anyone know of any companies that make drop spindles for 1970-72 Mavericks?

Well, I don't know about 70-72 Drum Brake drop spindles, but if you switch to disc, Fatman Fabrications makes a drop spindle for those spindles. Good luck!

    Excellent

A conversion to disc would not be a bad idea,

    thanks

I have used the Fatman dropped spindles on a mav, I would say it is a very good product and it adds 11in disc brakes. You won't be sorry with them.

I am currently looking for a 1971 Maverick Grabber. but if you want to see the little gem I did have in the 80's you can go here:

    http://www.williamsondesign.com/maverick/index.htm

As far as I know it is in Texas and has been converted to a race car.

    thanks for all the input
