DS I Coil - 12V or resistor wire?

    The 76 Mav 200 has a DS I ignition module and Coil - anyone know for sure if the coil uses resistance wire from switch or does DS I coil use constant 12V with DS I ignition box?.

    'Pretty sure all Duraspark systems use the full 12 volts.

    I run full 12v to all my coils.. have forever. better spark
