    Looking
One day, I was shoping at my local flea Market, when I saw a orange car with the dukes of hazzard flag on the side, and I thought it was just another cheap toy. But then I noticed that it was a maverick. I was extreamly surprised, I bought it.

They show up once and a while on Ebay. I wonder if there will be any Mavericks in the New Dukes of Hazzard movie.:hmmm:

I have one, but it's missing one axle. It's hanging over my workbench waiting for a 9in :)

I've got one of those too, but I took off the decals. (They were worn most of the way off anyway.)

It's an oddball scale, more like 1/22 or something. When I get a chance, I'll take a photo of mine next to a 1/25 promo I have to show the difference.

Here's a photo of the plastic "Dukes" Maverick between a 1/18 scale Chevy Vega and a 1/25 Maverick. The Vega is slightly bigger. The middle Maverick must be somewhere around 1/20 scale.

NJShoreMav73: The company name on the car says Processed Plastic Co. of Montgomery, IL 60538.

I think most cars of that type were made by a company called Processed Plastics ... or something like that ...

The amazing thing is that it says "Made in U.S.A."!!!! Obviously it wasn't made recently.
