    Hello,

I recently rebuilt my 302, it is on the stand in my garage waiting for me to re install my Performer RPM intake. I seemed to have lost the sheet that came with it stating the torque sequence for installation (it has been a few years) I have had no luck at the Edelbrock site or elsewhere online.

    Thanks for any help...

    Torque sequence

I usually start with the two center bolts on one side then go to the opposite side, then back to the other side and the next closest one to the center. Alternating from side to side working from the center out and back and foward. You will have to keep going over these bolts several times to attain the proper torque, they will click at first but as you work in sequence will require re torquing several times. Use grade eight bolts and hardened washers to help this situation. This may not be the edelbrock sequence but has worked for me.

I think the Edelbrock sequence is starting with the center 4 in a cross pattern and working your way out, done in two or three stages. Don't remember the final torgue setting though.
