James and all others, LACR is opening the season this Friday 1/10/03! Finally after a long wait we can see how the mavericks will do on the strip. I will be there and hopefully the mav will be doing better. LACR opens to racers at 5pm and warm-ups begin at 5:30 and races go until 10pm. The cost of admission is $15 per car to race and $5 to watch and for crew. There are directions to LACR on their website listed below. Hope to see some of you there. Jeri www.lacr.net
I might try and make it... it's my wifes birthday.. i don't think she's ever been to a drag race before..unfortunately, my mav. won't make it.. lol.. about a month off.. it'll be on jackstands for the next couple of weeks while i refurbish the front end and fix my brake line leaks.. just put my new windshield in tonight.. lol.. really difiicult the fist couple tries.. lots of soap.. and it worked..lol..anyways, if i make it there I'll look out for ya..
