thanks m.a.v. for the ground wireing tip. i went from the block bolt to the bolt that holds the motor mount saddle on as you suggested. i had another saddle bolt nut so i just double nutted the # 4 cable to it. it was late so i didn't drive it but i know it has to make a diff...frank...:bananaman :bananaman L.T.N.G.
