Our business has been working out of our driveway and mini-storage units for the last 3 years.
When we moved to our new home, the driveway was too small.
We finally took the leap and rented a werehouse unit just down the road.
I am happy to get all our business in one place AND I still had a corner to put my 75 and all the spare parts I have been collecting.
The shop is sandwiched between 2 other business and has a 12x12 bay door.
Overall it is 24' x 60' usable shop.
It has a small office and lavatory as well.
Of course I borrow my business tools for my hobby, so it will make a nice place to wrench on the weekends.

    Just thought I would share.
    Dave

Now if you could just get all the work stuff out of there you'd have more room for your cars. Seems like work is always getting in the way of the hobbies.

    Update:
After a LOT of hard work, we really have a nice shop.
    Better than I ever imagined.
I pictured it as a glorified storage unit when I posted this thread.
Now we have 2 trailers stored along with 3 cars (unfortunately), and all of our shop equiptment.
We have built overhead storage and work benches, moved in spare cabinets and fridge into the 'office' area.
It is a super comfy place to work.
I had the wife talked into a hydraulic frame lift, but chickened out because, even though we have an account, the vendor would want payment in 30 days. I didn't want to put that pressure on her right now. She runs our books...

Here's a couple pics. Some are a little blurry for some reason.

    BEAUTIFUL!!!

I am still trying to convince the wife to move into a house with 600 sq/ft of living space and a 6 car garage...air conditioned, and heated, with astroturf throughout... :D
