this week end I bought a ford granada 1977 with 302 44 000 miles. I passed all the week end under the hood. it's was so great . So i got some question for you guys. 1) Does the engine mount from the granada will fit on my comet 2 doors 1975 250ci 2) Does the crossmember from the granada will fit it's two c4 trans.... 3)how to seperate the drive shaft does it cutter pin that I see ??? this is my first mechanical experience so my question may be seem easy but give me a chance thanks I'll send pics in about a mounth of my work
hey comet75, i belong to a granada group as well as the mavericks. there is a few members from canada that may be interested in the remains of your granada.. figured id mention it to you maybe you can get some money back out of the car.. i may be interested in a few things from it as well although i don't have much cash to play with.. when your ready to get rid of it i can contact the group for you if you would like. and if possable could you send me a pic of it? dford4u@aol.com thanks man.. granada group
Ok thanks this is clear that i'll need to order engine mount. For parts from my granada the car was damaged on the passenger side but i've got a lot of parts from the inside the seat is very clean and more but if you want something in special just give me a sign and i'll take it appart before the scrap come take it but I'll make a list soon thanks
personally i could use the headlight bezels and front turn signal lights if there decent.. but i figured id mention the granada group to you, i bought a 78 granada for parts and from what i sold off of it i pretty much got the car for free..the group is not very big yet, but im sure you could get some of your investment back out of it... good luck man
