first on assembley line

    I don't know for sure but I'm thinking the first part on the assy.line for a 72 Maverick with air was the wiper motor.The car was then build around it?

    Yea, didn't you know that!
    Got to pull the insturment cluster out then any duct work in the way THEN maybe you can get to it.

    Thanks, I got it out,My brother had striped a 1967 mustang to drag race, the wiper motor was the same,I just changed the arm and it works great, by the way,I think the steering box on a standard shift v8 Maverick was the second part on the assy. line!
