    Saw 3 Yellow 1/24 Mavericks at Walmart in Branson Mo last night.

    The Walmart's around here suck. I have been to 5 different ones in four different towns and all they all had were Gremlin and Mustang II 1/64 and Pinto 1/24'ths. It has been that way since last winter. I was thinking that with a new Christmas season, they would replenish their stock, but no so far.

    just checked 2 wal marts around here. one had 3 1/64 white cars and the other had a 1/24 primered comet.:)

    i'd say screw it to the walmart. it definatly seems like toys r us is the way to go!

    The walmarts here have been getting them latley. My mother just picked up a 74 grabber (American Graffiti) for me as a Christmas gift. Hopefully some stallion versions will pop up here soon. :dance:

    i haven't seen any of the american graffiti cars at walmart. all the ones i've seen have been at walgreens and toys r us.:)

    A guy at work got me the yellow 1974 for welding a muffler on for him.
    Funny they picked a big bumper six cyl car to do a model of. It's on top of the tv.

    I hadn't noticed anyone post that there were '71 Comets, I thought I had found something special. :cry: Oh well, at least I managed to score a couple. I picked up a white 74 Maverick and a coppper 71 Comet. I found an American Graffiti Grabber a while back and picked it up for my son, so he would not raid my set of four I ordered a while back.

    I passed up a primered Maverick at Walmart Last night got a very light tanish sliver Comet Model instead. Pnce I had none in the last month I have aquired 4 Comets 1 primer model Kit I traded for, 1 Grabber blue ( Sweet Cherries) 1 Bronze colored, My wife hasn't noticed there are now 2 Comets a Bronze and Silvery ones under the Curio lights they look fantastic! I have the grabber blue one at Work at my Desk.
    I'll be trading my Primered Mav soon for another Primered Comet.

    I picked up a 74 primer Maverick and a gold 71 Comet at WAL-MART. The primer Maverick has 2 right side door panels and no left side. If anyone has 2 lefts and no rights I will trade for the correct one.
