I was just wondering if the Maverick's and Comet's had that big round thick brace that went across the car underneath the engine like the Mustangs had. And if so does anyone on here have one my comet doesn't have one.
I think only the V8 cars had them....I have one on my parts car,but can't get to it till spring...the cars all most completely coverd in snow.
SNOW !!! ... It was 70 deg. here today ... I must say i do miss the change of seasons .... Madmav is right ... My I6 didnt have the cross brace but the V8's do ... theres a place called " Crane Auto Salvage" located on Bankhead Hwy in Lithia Springs Ga. I dont know the # but its listed ... He has one although he probably doesnt realise it ... Just tell him he Does have on and its on a 4 door comet with a 302 ... Prolly get it for $20.00 bucks plus shipping ....
