functional hood scoop

    73' Mav 302 3spd k&m floorshifter
    what kind of trouble would one get into in the process of converting a cosmetic scoop into a functional scoop. What all would i have to do?? ive got a 73 '302 mav.:bananaman

    I run the Mustang/Torino scoops and just cut a big hole in the hood. Never had a problem, even in downpours.

    It's only a question of fit and finish. Make your measurements carefully and fit it carefully and you should have no problems at all. If you anticipate problems, ask for help.
