well on my quest for a new home in fla. I came upon a 3 bedroom house in the country north of fort walton beach about 5 miles...guy wants 93k for it and I like the place. What caught my eye was the workshop, 600 sq ft.block building with new roof.It has a 80 gal. 6 horse compressor in one corner that goes with it. Place sits on almost 2 acres...fenced...we are goin back down this weekend to go over it with the realitor. we have looked tru several places via email in past 2 weeks....This could be it...Jim(y)

    Good luck!
Sounds like the Laurel Hill area... Good prices there, but it's BFE.
Coming from Memphis, it won't be anything like the big city.
I left the panhandle for a few years, spent some time on Egypt Central Rd.
