 Well, it is that time again, and I am in the process of organizing the FFW Mini-meet at Commerce, GA. From my conversation with the organizers, it should be quite a nice mini-meet. Last year we had some confusion with the admission policy at the gate, and this year I am taking steps to eliminate and improve the process. What I need, is for all of you who are going to try to be there, and I know things are tenative right now, to e-mail ( maverick4@charter.net) or PM me, and give me the following information: Name, names of all the folks coming with you, and whether they will have a car there (and whether they are going to race, enter the car show, or have it for display only), their ages if they are real young. Also, send me your mailing address and email address. The reason I am doing this is that the promoter is going to make everyone a credential package so that there are no problems at the gates. Also, they are making dash plaques and other goodies for us.

I will pass on further information when I get it, so plan on coming early on April 16, 2005.

I am going to try and make it....not sure if I will have a car. But I will probably ride the bike if the weather will allow.......hoping at this point. But unless something comes up I see no reason why I could not make it down on Saturday.

It's 8 hours from Memphis to Atlanta and about one more to Commerce, GA, where the track is located.

Bringing this to the top again, so those who are going to attend can let me know. Need to get the info to the FFW folks, and get the details down. So far, we have the space, and the FFW people will get us credentials. I just need to let them know who, and how many. Thanks in advance, and I know we will have a great meet!

Well, as mentioned before. I am going to be there. Not sure if I will have a car(maverick) with me. The race car is still at the shop. Hope to get it home in March, then it goes to my uncles to fix the body damage and paint. The yellow car is not up for that trip. I might be getting a 4 door in March, depending on the condition of it, I might drive that one.
Either way, its in my plans to be there for Saturday.

John; looking forward to meeting you. Hopefully, you can bring a car, but just being here is fine. Take care, and I will keep you informed.

Hey Earl, You want to put something together for the news letter? I'm working on it now and hopefully will be done by Sunday evening. This about the only issue that will be in print before the show. Thanks
