One thread is all you need for this. I'm deleting the other one. That price doesn't seem out of line if the car is in good shape. You say you're selling it. Do you mean you're hoping to flip the thing for a huge profit? Not much room for that unless the car is really exceptional.
Seems attainable. Polish it up really well, make sure everything works and pop it on Craigslist for an asking price of 3500. Make sure you list is in the Seattle section of CL as well as in your neighborhood as prices tend to be higher there. Good luck. Also find a local fox body forum to jump on and list it there as well.
This is actually a better fit in other auto. General Maverick discussion is for Maverick stuff. I left it in Community Center since you're sort of asking for advice on a sale you're trying to make. As to posting photos, go and open a photobucket account or similar free hosting and upload them there and if you need me to, I'll walk you through how to post them from there. Don't email them to me please. If you are selling your intake and air cleaner separately from the car, start a thread in the classified section under maverick parts for sale. Be sure to include a price and location in the provided spots when you make the ad so I don't have to take it down.
It really depends on your market. A guy down here is trying to sell a carb'd fox body and nobody is biting. We have a sniffer test to pass for these year cars and a EFI to Carb swapped car isnt going to pass the visual inspection either. If your emmision rules are more relaxed then somebody may pay what you want for a driver mustang. If paint and body is good, and interior is decent then even a carb car down here may get $3000, but the buyers get limited to racers since its not a daily driver car because of emisisons.
Help me out here... You bought this car for $2600 and are worried you made a bad decision Now you want someone else to buy your "bad decision" for even more money ($3000-$3250) Did I miss something...??? :16suspect
