i've decided to keep my baby and by doing so i have to do something about my cowl vents...that is the only place my car leaks when it's raining or if at car wash. how do i go about doing this and what will i need...lately i have to put garbage bags over the vents just so my cd player will keep working and my fuses. is there a quick fix that doesn't cost that much because i'm on limited budget since got laid off at the plant. thanx so much and keep the comments coming

Not a cheap or easy fix.
