Years and years back, I guess the drivers side door panel clips came off and the panel started to come off. Well, my mother came up with the best idea how to reattach the panel.

seems superglue works real well to affix that panel on. Warp ourselves years into the future, and the window crank is bad, and that panel needs to come off. Problem is, is that it is the original panel in good condit, and I want to remove it without tearing it up. Any ideas??

That's right. Acetone is the only solvent for cyanoacrylates. Just be careful with it so it doesn't damage the surface you're trying to repair. I'd try nail polish remover before regular commercial acetone. Make sure you get the type with acetone. They make polish remover that's acetone free also.
