I was driving home from work about 2 weeks ago in rush hour traffic when I saw the weirdest Maverick I hav ever seen in my life! At first I didn't even realize it was a MAV. Was a white one. Nice paint, tinted windows. The dude had done some serious customizing, cause I followed him for 20 minutes trying to figure it all out. The taillights were from a newer car. Could not tell what kind, unfortunetly, but definetly a 90 to present car. They were HUGE!!!! The tailights took up the entire space from the top of the bumper to the bottom of the trunklid, not only that, they extended much much further, and the end had a / \ kind of look. REAL REAL weird. Made the car look like an ugly 1990 mav had they produced it. The bumpers were white, with a black rubber molding down the center. They were not maverick bumpers. They were big ugly square ones that stuck out and had been painted white. He had relocated the antena. The antena was now located driver side, trunk/quarter area. he mounted it in the middle on top of the quarter panel, just to the left of the trunk line. From far the car actually looked alright, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that the guy just didn't know what he was doing. I do give him kudos for being original though
