Hey all, my idler arm is bad on my 70 I-6 200 maverick, it looks like a simple fix but is there anything I am not aware of installing this? It looks like I just undo the two bolts holding it to the car and then take out the pin, remove the old idler arm, grease the new one and do the process backwards. Is that all? Seems to easy. Do I need the car jacked up to do it? Does pressure need to be taken off anything? Sorry for such a simple post but I have never done a idler arm before and I hate suprises, especially when they fly at me! lol, thanks for all responces.
