My 1973 Mercury Comet's Ignition Lock Cylinder is stuck and I can't get it out. The original propblem was that it wouldn't turn all the way off and the key was stuck inside of it. I tried following some guys advice and push in a pin at the base of the ignition lock and they said I could pull it out like that. Someone else mentioned that the linkage for it might be off but I don't know how to adjust it. When I was pulling on it t try and get it out the key cylinder broke off from the rest of the ignition lock and now I am stuck with this and have no idea where to go next. If someone could help me out that would be great.
