I've had this Holman Moody intake since I was a teenager...I got it thru a trade and never did anything with it but planned on using it on my 64 Cyclone drag car.

    This is from Holman Moody

This intake is an early Rally Falcon intake. We made a number of intakes for the small block engines, trying to find one that we could run in Europe as a standard "Ford" part. The bird is a cast off from the early company trade name T-Bird power products. We started using that name in 1959 when we were racing T-Bird in NASCAR. I would think you have one of about 100 intakes that were made. We would change the molds before the next run as we learned more we would update parts with each part run.

This is cool. I have a brick that came from their old shop. I'm sure they were more bricks in the building than the number of intakes made. I trade you a brick for your intake.

Pretty cool thread! Now all we need is that owner of the H/M maverick to pop up :)
