EFIMAV; the SHO has been out of production since 1997. The last one was a Yamaha 3.8L V-8, 230hp (approx.).

    Earl, so it was a

3.8 liter V8? I remember the yamaha V6. I saw a black SHO today with factory V8 emblems on the side. I had heard this was done but had never seen one?

Charlie; right you are. Been so long since we made one here, I forgot the size. I checked tonight, and there is a bit of a rumor that it may come back, if Ford decides to keep the car. I work in the Atlanta Assy plant and we build the Taurus and Sable. Good place to work, just not my kind of car.

Home of the Taurus and Sable!

I just passed the plant yesterday headed down 75 to Lakewood to listen to Aerosmith. Big plant.

BTW did you see my post about talking to Brass Masters?

    I appreciate it

I've been reading up on SVT. Seems like they are getting the itch to do another car. You would think they would do the new tbird, but they were saying something about the chassis, or the car not really being built to handle that yet, and that they are considering all projects. Maybe indeed we will see another sho.

Knowing SVT lately, maybe it will be supercharged!

72CometGT; Yes, I saw your post on Brass Masters. Seems like they are mostly keyed on small things. A friend of mine got an intake polished by them, but I don't know about wheels. Too bad, would save us a lot of work. Take care,

    Earl
