Kenwood Install

    Probably beating a dead horse here. All I have is the mono AM. I am going to attempt to install a Kenwood 235 radio and 2 Sony 6x9's in the rear. How do I wire it to the original radio harness. I don;t want to fry anything. Any watch outs. Also would you wire in the original front speaker with this set up. Thanks for any help, I haven't put a radio in a car for 20 years.

    Unfortunately about the only thing that can be reused is the original power wire. And under heavy draw it would be marginal. You will need to run new speaker wire for the rear speakers. I would not use the original mono front speaker. Even if you did hook it up it wouldn't last long with the new power.
