    the transport came today to take it to its new home in california. its just sat in the garage for the last 6 years. im sure the new owner will enjoy it very much.

    thats just plain cool, im sure it went to a good home. not to sound discouraging, but who other than a discriminating buyer would purchase that, if not to give it a good home?

    Missing my old '70 Maverick
    I had the pleasure of seeing this car up-close and personal. Very nicely done.

    Ed, didn't you say these were mainly targeted to the "Traveling Salesman" (to hide the goodies from sight)? Sounds like a good theory anywho.

    Either way, that's a nice ride and I'm glad to hear that it's going to a nice home.
