Is that B&R down there on 17th? I have not been in there in years, the last maverick I knew of down there was at A1. They had 3 of them before Trudy sold out to Pick-A-Part sad to say they are all gone now.
Every time I see the heading Laying in Waste, I think about laying under my car in a pool of tranny fluid or worse. LOL
Lying in waste Jamie, yes everything in his yard is for sale including the whole junkyard he says he's shipped all over the world he also has a 62 or 63 Ranchero, one old AMC Marlin, several old Comets & Falcons in various stages a 60? or 61 Comet that looks pretty complete. I plan to stop by after work tonight since it has dried up a bit and take several more pics. I have a ton of the old comet falcon and pinto pics I took. I could email anyone interested. The pinto, ranchero, & falcon wagon and the 60 or 61 comet are worth saving. Thats what I thought. Oh if you feel like driving up to tremonton Hathaways has a couple that are in decent shape I pulled all my winshield trim off of a baby blue 2 door comet a couple of months ago. Their number is (435)257-5084.
Jamie, I was at the junkyard today and asked on the Pinto wagon he said $900.00 I also noticed a Mercury Bobcat wagon (74 I think due to bumpers?) w/front end missing but it had the engine so I took a photo, both cars had dual sport mirrors w/mirrors intact I would love to see the Pinto saved. Strangely I could now only find one 4 door Maverick it's a very small junkyard. Thanks for the notice markso125.
theres a guy know as turbo joe in l.a. that has a pinto with a built 2.3 turbo motor that ive seen at the street races beat know 10 sec cars. i did a google serch on turbo joe pinto. lots of videos of him racing.
