MAE Racing Posi 8" Rear

    Just got my 4-pinion 8" Posi from MAE Racing. 3.25:1 Ratio ready to bolt in. Here is there website if anyone is interested:

    It dosn't make much difference but are you sure you have a 4 pinion 8" center?
    I've only ever saw them in 9". Their website makes no mention that I saw.
    The pinion gears and friction discs are the same between the 8 and 9" stock sizes.

    Yes - it is 4-pinion. It is an extra cost option. They custom machine a 9 inch rear to fit it into the 8 inch section. You can contact MAE for further information ... Dan

    $500 and change. I actually won it from an eBay auction which was for the 8" MAE rear with winners choice of gears. I just added the 4-pinion option to it and think I ended up paying less than what is quoted on the website.
