Here's what ive been working on lately. It's not a maverick (although I have been getting my 4dr ready for paint) but I love this car just the same. car right now is almost my DD and I drive it about any day that it's nice outside.

plans are to tear it down this winter for a full on build of the running gear. gonna go thru the bottom end of my engine, throw some boost to it, upgrade the fuel system and build me a rear end to handle it all.

so far, here's a small list of the parts I have aquired for it:
-Procharger P1SC supercharger setup with polished blower with both 3.4 & 3.1 pullies
    -80mm mass air housing
    -Diablo MAFia maf extender
    -39lb injectors
    -Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump
    -310lph fuel pump
    -Autometer gauges

    -Manley forged pistons
    -forged SVT 03-04 Terminator rods

    -Precision Gear 3.73 gears
-FRPP 31 spline posi with carbon fiber clutches
    -Alloy 31 spline axles
    -master install kit

The car already has a catless x-pipe, flowmaster catback, short throw shifter, and a Spec 2 clutch. I'm gonna aquire some more parts from now till around Christmas and then the teardown will begin. ill snap some pics of everything i have, and progress pics as i go

Hard to find a real nice one around here though. Usually beat to crap or heavily molested.

I was looking at a Bullitt last week...it was pretty beat. I could have got it for close to wholesale, but it wasn't even worth that. I think by the spring I'll find myself a nice 05.
On a side note, I have a friend (he's a member here) his son has a spotless Terminator Cobra.....man that thing is nice.(y)

    Parts are good! :dancing:

Why axles? Are they a common upgrade for those cars? Putting slicks on it?

yes..... a N/A Mach 1 will snap the stock 28 spline axles if it gets a bite while launching, and if a naturally aspirated Mach can do it then im pretty sure a 550+ hp one will use them for toothpicks lol. so needless to say it's getting a 31 spline upgrade :yup:
